We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom and Belgium. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and seasonal demands. Any estimated delivery dates provided at the time of checkout are honest estimates and not binding guarantees. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Due to the personal care nature of our high-end tone formulations, we accept returns on unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your shade match, please reach out to our team to discuss our Shade Satisfaction program. Refund processes may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
